Drum Tilting Units
Drum Tilting Units are ideal for picking up, transporting and dispensing the contents of a drum from an overhead hoist. The drum tilting unit can be used in manufacturing and processing industries for dispensing, mixing or waste disposal. The drum lifter and dispenser is dispensing 210 litre steel, plastic, fibreboard tight head and open top drums.
The drum is retained in position by a polyester band with webbing strapping. The drum is turned using a lever control, the operator doesn’t have to touch the drum. Tested to 100% overload. All certification supplied. Capacities stated are for full drums.
The optional loop chain control - can be used 2.5m from the floor. The operator doesn’t have to touch the drum. Sprocket pinion gearbox gives a 30:1 mechanical advantage.
